We are located in a residential neighborhood. Street parking is limited and can be enforced aggressively. Please carefully read and observe the signs outlining parking regulations.
Parking is free on Sundays. Look for parking along the west side of 3rd Street from Independence Avenue to East Capitol Street. Also look on Independence Avenue east of 3rd Street.
Cars without residential stickers may park on adjacent blocks for a maximum of two hours from 7 a.m. till 8:30 p.m Monday through Friday. There are two exceptions: On the east side of 3rd Street from Independence Avenue to A Street, the two-hour parking restriction runs from 7:00 am until 9:30 pm Monday through Saturday. There is no time restriction on Sundays.
Along the west side of 3rd Street from Independence Avenue to East Capitol Street there is metered parking. Cars may pay-to-park for a maximum of two hours from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday through Saturday; with additional unlimited (but paid) time between 6:30 and 10:00 pm.
